THE REBIRTH OF THE KEYLESS ELECTRONIC DOOR LOCK
The original inventors of the first keyless electronic door lock go beyond the conception of BeLine as a company. In the early 1990's dramatic advances in technology fueled a decade of consistent releases of keyless electronic door locks by well established vendors and even the not so established vendors. We can call the 90's a season of unseasoned technology as the demand for keyless card entry was used as a springboard for growth in the electronic door lock market by many small companies. This time resulted in large part of the medium to small size property owners left in the dark with non standard systems and no supported due to those companies no longer being in business.
By the late 1990's, the team that is now called BeLine, redesigned the standard keyless electronic door lock into a product that is more cost effective and reliable. The Cardlock 1100 was born. The Cardlock 1100 was one of the very first smartcard keyless door lock systems that would change the way the industry viewed electronic door locks. Due to the inherent issues of the basic and traditional design of the magnetic stripe technology, in general, the Cardlock 1100 was the clear leader using the smartcard technology when comparing the integrity of data and readability of a card.
Very soon after, in the year 2000, BeLine introduced its version of the RF Card door lock. Again, another award winning solution that would combine traditional access control proximity card readers with keyless electronic door locks to merge two systems together. BeLine's forward thinking RFID keyless electronic door lock was highly accepted by many system integrators in the security industry. By combining the proximity card reader with the keyless electronic door lock, BeLine eliminated the issue of people carrying multiple cards.
BeLine then took the RFID keyless electronic lock and combined the technology with fingerprint recognition. BeLine's fingerprint access control systems operate with any wiegand input security panel, which means that any legacy installation using proximity card can be upgraded to the new age of Biometric Fingerprint Recognition. BeLine's RFID keyless electronic door lock works in conjunction with its fingerprint access system. The same RFID card is designed by BeLine to store, Wiegand data for the card only points of entry, data for entry at keyless electronic door lock areas and fingerprint data for the areas of extreme high security where a person must be verified by fingerprint.
No matter how big or small the job requirements may be, vertical expansion with other security components is always a noted compatibility when using the BeLine system.
